McConnell were looking for a rebrand that would showcase their impressive success over the past 90 years + so came to See Saw to equip them with a creative solution that would work both on + offline. No longer the roofing service that the company began as, McConnell needed a range of creative solutions that would showcase them as the successful principal contractor they now are.
To freshen up their brand, we went back to basics. McConnell is a company with strong heritage, so we used that to inspire their new logo by looking to their past to develop their future. With a creative eye + an ingenious mind, we took some key elements of their original logo + developed these into something fresh.
We designed for both digital + print – our favourite part had to be the fleet of McConnell vans taking to the streets.
New branding in place, we turned to their website. We transformed their content-heavy, unresponsive site into a slick, modern web platform integrating McConnell’s new branding along with quirky animations that illustrated their range of services. No longer limited to roofing, their intuitive website gives users an insight into all they can offer + add to a project, showcasing their range of high-profile clients and case studies.
We successfully created a visual identity + website that takes McConnell to another level – we’ve received positive feedback from the McConnell team + their clients. With over 56% of their online traffic reaching the site via Organic means, we could also see that our work on strengthening their brand was resulting in an increase in site traffic – without having to pay a penny to Google Ads for any support.
